Magstone Law represented Fujian Foxit Software Development Co., Ltd., a Chinese publicly listed company ("Foxit") specializing in PDF electronic document solutions, in providing legal advisory services for its strategic acquisition of AccountSight. AccountSight is a California-based "Software-as-a-Service" company renowned for its flagship product, "eSign Genie."

Under the terms of the agreement, Foxit acquired all shares of eSign Genie for a total consideration of up to $28 million. The transaction was successfully completed in May 2022.
