A former senior trial attorney for the IRS, Mr. Berry has extensive experience representing corporations, partnerships and individuals in all aspects of tax controversy, from Examination, Appeals, and in litigation.  Mr. Berry routinely assists clients navigate the process of negotiation with the IRS.  Mr. Berry has litigated numerous cases before the United States Tax Court, earning a perfect trial record.  

Prior to joining MagStone Law, Mr. Berry worked as a manager in KPMG's mergers and acquisitions practice in Santa Clara, CA, and previously as a senior trial attorney for the IRS Office of Chief Counsel in its San Francisco, CA and Laguna Niguel, CA offices.  
 
Mr. Berry received his LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law, his J.D. from Lewis And Clark Law School, and his B.A. (Summa Cum Laude) from the University of Oregon.

Mr. Berry is admitted to practice in California and the United States tax court.
